Eden Design’s unique concept stems from years of hands on research
and experience by its founder and Saratoga County native, Domenica Lavigne. For over
15 years, Domenica worked in every aspect of the landscape industry. Her drive to
understand the industry in its fullest sense has led her from bed weeding to wall
construction, from basic planting to estate maintenance, from formal schooling in
Ornamental Horticulture to Landscape Architecture, from project estimating and
operations to customer service and award winning landscape design. She has had the
wonderful opportunity of working for some of the finest landscape companies from New
York to Georgia, and she has enhanced thousands of properties.
After years of facilitating the finest of details, and years of
addressing the requests and concerns of the most discriminating property owners,
Domenica found that the most resounding client concern was their inability to find a
landscape company that was as attentive to the client as they were to the needs of
the landscape. Domenica realized a revolutionary approach to landscape development
was needed. Her approach: no landscape development or design may be considered
completely successful or inspiring without fully embracing and enriching the lives
it surrounds. Thus Eden Design was created. And as Ms. Lavigne adamantly declares,
